Good coaching is not a product on a shelf. It is a collaboration.
Every rider who contacts me brings a different story. Some arrive with a long training history and a clear race calendar. Others come with strong instincts, powerful engines and very little structure. The common thread is that they all want their performance to grow in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Because of this I keep my coaching model simple. No public tiers and no visible price table. We begin with a conversation. From there we decide together if it makes sense to start a longer project.
When someone reaches out, I ask for a clear picture of their world. Current training hours, work and family situation, racing experience, strengths and weaknesses, injuries, available equipment, access to terrain or indoor training. We look at power data if it exists. We talk honestly about goals. Big goals are welcome. So are quiet, personal ones.
If we both feel that there is a good match, I build a structure for the first block of training. Usually this means a focused period in the range of eight to twelve weeks where we start shaping your physiology in a deliberate way. During that time we are in regular contact. I read your data, adjust the plan, answer questions and track how your body responds. After that we decide how to continue.
The financial side is straightforward and transparent, but it is not the first topic. Once there is a clear understanding of the work and direction, I send you a private outline of the process and the investment required. This keeps the focus where it belongs, on the quality of the project rather than on the number.
I also work with teams and groups who want a shared structure with individual scaling. For these projects we discuss needs, group size and racing calendar, then agree on a format that makes sense for everyone involved.
If you read this and feel that this way of working fits you, the next step is simple. Send me a message, tell me who you are, how you train now and where you would like to be in the future. From there we can see how far your physiology can actually go.
